Adrienne is an early floricane-bearing spineless blackberry with vigorous growth and excellent fruit quality. Harvesting potential is very high with the strong canes that are very vigorous for a thornless variety. Trellis are required. Typically starts to ripen a week after Silvan and a week before Waldo - approximately on second week of July. The fruit are large, rather similar to Silvan (Silvan was one of the parent of Adrienne).
Berries are firm, oblong and has conical shape. They have a bright and attractive appearance and the juicy fruits have a truly excellent flavor. The fruit is well displayed to make picking easy from the short fruiting laterals. Average weight is about 7 g. Average yield is about 2,5 kg per plant.
